Cloza is a digital product developed and managed by Viyn Labs Ltd. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including hours of operation or availability of any feature, without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features of Cloza, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Viyn Labs Ltd reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service, including the "Cloza" name and branding, are the intellectual property of Viyn Labs Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal or internal business use only. In no event shall Viyn Labs Ltd, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the Service in the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
